Shipping

• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): $6.95, free on orders over $75
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $14.95
• Overnight Shipping: $24.95

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships. We ship within the United States only at this time.

Returns

We stand behind our formulations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked.

• Items must be at least 50% full to qualify for a refund
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

How to Start a Return

Email ashley@nuvovie.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at ashley@nuvovie.com and we will make it right immediately.
